Job Opportunity: HVAC Installation Helper

Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential properties, including air handlers, condensers, mini splits and ductwork.
- Connect electrical wiring, refrigerant lines, and ductwork in HVAC systems, in a manner that meets industry standards.
- Install ductwork.
- Install thermostats and other controls
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications.
- Clean installation areas and remove any debris or equipment packaging after installation is complete.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HVAC installations, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
