Mold-Tech Inc. is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our team as an Accounting Specialist.
This is a great opportunity for someone with accounting, bookkeeping, or office experience who is looking to grow their skills. We are willing to train the right person in our processes and responsibilities, making this a good opportunity for someone early in their accounting career or someone who is looking for a new opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices/payments and update customer/vendor account information
- Assist with financial reporting
- Perform general office and administrative support
- Assist with job control and other accounting-related functions
What We’re Looking For
- Some accounting, bookkeeping, or office experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Dependable and willing to learn
- Good communication skills
- Accounting or business education is helpful, but not required
