Job Summary: Responsible for assembling of wood and/or plastic bins and performing other duties.
Essential Function:

Assemble wood bins. Bin parts weigh from 50 – 70 lbs.

Inserting carboard and plastic liner bags into bins.
-
Pushing empty bins down production line.
-
Placing wood and/or plastic lids on top of filled bins.
-
Operate strapping and conveyor equipment.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties of equipment.

Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-
Requires the ability to follow verbal and written commands, work with others, and the ability to coordinate production with peers.

Requires the ability to work any shift.
-
Must be able to stand 7 hours.
-
Must travel up and down 15 steps minimum at least 15 times per shift.

Must be able to consistently lift at least 50 lbs.
-
Must be able to use hands and feet in full range of motion.
-
Pulling, pushing, some twisting and bending is required.
-
Be able to operate air and hand tools.
-
Must have good hand and eye coordination skills.
-
Must be able to work around moving equipment.
-
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to work on platform, which includes uneven surfaces (roller, plates, and steps)

Requires the ability to pass a pre-employment agility test.

Requires the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
