Job Description
Risin Enterprises is hiring motivated individuals for an Entry-Level Management Trainee role in our retail sales and customer support team. This position includes paid training designed to develop communication, customer service, sales, and leadership skills in a professional retail environment.
This is an in-person role based in Toms River, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product and service selection
- Provide professional customer support and answer questions
- Learn and apply sales and communication strategies
- Explain product features, pricing, and current promotions
- Accurately process transactions using a POS system
- Meet individual and team performance expectations
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship opportunities
- Maintain a positive and professional team environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required
