AeroControlex is seeking a detail-oriented Stockroom & Inventory Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain accurate inventory, organize stock, and ensure materials are available to support production and operational needs.

Schedule: Full-time, First Shift with consistent overtime opportunities
What You'll Do
- Organize and stock inventory according to established procedures
- Assist with inventory management and control activities to maintain accurate stock levels
- Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts using company software systems
- Receive, identify, store, and issue materials as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environment
- Support production and other departments by locating and distributing materials
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of stockroom or inventory control experience required
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and inventory control practices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
- Ability to maintain an organized work area and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 35 pounds, with assistance or mechanical devices when required
- High school diploma, equivalent, or technical school certificate
