The School District of West Salem is right next door to La Crosse in the beautiful Coulee Region of Western Wisconsin. Our 3 buildings are within walking distance of each other on an approximate 100-acre campus on the edge of town. Students in grades K-12 are issued MacBooks or iPads as part of its 1:1 digital learning environment. The School District has approximately 1850 students within its three buildings. Our district has a 4K-4 elementary school, 5-8 middle school and a 9-12 high school.

The Schoold District of West Salem is seeking a District Print Center Administrative Assistant with strong phone, computer and clerical skills. Exceptional customer service skills are a must.
12-month part time position - 200 days/school year, 7:30am-11:30am.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Produce copies, booklets, tickets, 3-hole punch, and fold productions
- Produce and mailing monthly newsletters for the school district historical center (Heider Center), elementary, middle and high school
- Maintain and/or call for service for district machines and copiers. Maintain supplies at high school building
- Heider center programs and mailings
- Perform such other duties as the superintendent or Director of Technology may determine
- As representative of the school district, he/she is expected to deal with the public, students and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Be knowledgeable of and carry out the School District of West Salem policies.
- Ability to follow, building and program policies and procedures.
- The Board reserves authority to the Superintendent to assign additional duties and responsibilities as necessary within the scope of the employment position.
