Copperas Cove Nursing and Rehab in partnership with Century Rehabilitation, is seeking a personable and responsible Dietary Aide to assist in preparing 3 meals each day for residents, many of whom have very specific diets.

Qualifications:
- High School graduate or GED preferred with ability to follow oral and written directions.
- Food preparation experience preferred.
- Food handler’s certificate a plus.
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations
