- 5+ years professional experience as a top-level technician
- Strong diagnostic skill set (electrical & drivability required)
- Consistent ability to flag 8–10+ hours per day
- Inspections on ever vehicle
- Professional communication with advisors

What You’ll Do
- Handle advanced diagnostics and complex repairs
- Perform complete inspections on every vehicle
- Identify safety, maintenance, and future needs clearly
- Build clean, complete repair orders (labor + parts)
