Job Description
We are seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Customer Service Representative to help manage the front desk and support daily operations. The ideal candidate has excellent communication, organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments accurately.
- Welcome customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records.
- Complete daily paperwork and administrative tasks with attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Work collaboratively with groomers and team members.
- Follow the company dress code and maintain a professional appearance.
- Arrive on time with reliable transportation.
Qualifications

Interaction with Dogs
- Comfortably interact with dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments in a calm, confident, and compassionate manner.
- Assist with safely checking dogs in and out for grooming appointments.
- Maintain awareness of dog behavior and immediately report any safety concerns to the grooming staff.
- Help ensure a safe, low-stress environment for pets, customers, and team members.
- Be comfortable working in an environment with barking dogs, pet hair, and cleaning products.
Cleaning & Facility Maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area throughout the day.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize front lobby, restrooms, and common areas.
- Disinfect frequently touched surfaces, counters, door handles, and workstations.
- Take out trash and replace liners as needed.
- Restock customer and office supplies.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and professional appearance throughout the spa, including sweeping, vacuuming, and laundry.
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures at all times.
Schedule Options
- Full-Time: 4-5 days per week
- Part-Time: 2-3 days per week
- Saturday availability required
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
