What You’ll Do
- Process consumer loan applications and gather required documentation
- Analyze credit information and assist customers with appropriate loan solutions
- Perform inside and outside collections while maintaining professionalism
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their financial needs
- Learn and apply relevant laws and regulations affecting our business
- Represent the company in court proceedings when required
- Maintain accurate loan and escrow records
- Provide outstanding customer service while working toward sales and performance goals
- Take ownership of your responsibilities and contribute to the success of the entire team
