We have an immediate opening for immigration attorney. We are a busy law firm handling immigration and SIJ cases. We represent clients in immigration courts such as removal proceedings, interviews with the USCIS offices, filing appeals at the Board of the Immigration Appeals and filing appeals with the 9th circuits court of appeals, and SIJ hearings. We are looking for an attorney who can represent clients in courts (immigration, SIJ and appeal courts) and also writes briefs. The candidate must be self starter, has excellent communication and writing skills. The candidate must be willing to travel if necessary. Please submit cover letter, resume and a writing sample.
