Part-Time or Full-Time | Evenings, Weekends & Holidays (4 PM–10 PM)
We are a newly opened veterinary urgent care created to support local primary care veterinarians and provide timely, high-quality care for pets when their regular veterinarian is unavailable.
We are actively growing toward 7-day-per-week operations and are seeking 1–2 Registered Veterinary Technicians who want to help shape the future of the hospital from the ground up.
As one of our founding team members, you'll have the opportunity to influence workflows, scheduling, standards of care, and hospital culture as we continue to grow and expand our services to the community.

Responsibilities
- Triage incoming urgent care patients
- Obtain patient histories and assist with assessments
- Place IV catheters and collect diagnostic samples
- Assist with urgent procedures and treatments
- Monitor anesthesia and sedation cases (laceration repairs, urinary obstruction, etc.)
- Perform laboratory testing and radiography
- Maintain efficient patient flow throughout each shift
- Communicate professionally with clients and referring veterinary clinics
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RVT license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Strong technical and patient-care skills
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Adaptable mindset and interest in helping build a growing practice
Compensation & Benefits
- $22–$28 per hour, based on experience
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
