Duties And Responsibilities
-complete speech therapy evaluations for all new/existing patients as prescribed/indicated
-complete a formal evaluation report of findings
-develop an individualized speech therapy treatment plan for all qualifying patients
-review and update patient's treatment plan as needed
-conduct speech therapy treatment services in accordance with KidSPOT and Medicaid guidelines
-ensure all billing records are completed in a timely manner
-refer patients for additional clinical services as needed
-attend and actively participate in all job-related center functions
-represent KidSPOT therapy team in a positive way
-maintain familiarity with current health and safety guidelines
-complete relevant and approved continuing professional education courses to maintain professional licensure
-ensures confidentiality of patient and employee information
-oversee treatment of patients by speech therapist assistants and ensure that all supervision requirements of speech therapist assistants are met
QUALIFICATIONS
-a minimum of a Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited college or university
-a current Arkansas license as a Speech and Language Pathologist
-must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
-must be physically able to walk, stand and stoop for several hours each day

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
