Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Senior Project Manager specializing in Trade Shows, Exhibits, and Events to lead the planning, execution, and management of large-scale industry events. Duties
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of trade shows, exhibits, and corporate events, ensuring alignment with strategic marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to develop compelling event concepts, booth designs, and promotional materials.
- Manage event budgets meticulously, including negotiating contracts with venues, suppliers, caterers, and service providers to maximize value.
- Oversee logistics such as venue selection, transportation, catering (including banquet and hospitality services), audiovisual setups, and on-site management.
- Develop comprehensive timelines and project plans to ensure timely delivery of all event components.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners through effective communication, upselling additional services or features to enhance event impact.
- Ensure exceptional customer service during events by overseeing guest services, registration processes, and hospitality arrangements.
- Monitor post-event feedback to evaluate success metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in future projects.
Experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale trade shows, exhibits, or similar events within a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong negotiation skills demonstrated through successful contract negotiations with vendors and venues.
- Background in marketing or event marketing with a solid understanding of branding strategies at live events.
- Experience managing event budgets from planning through execution while controlling costs effectively.
- Familiarity with event planning software, technical equipment setup, and audiovisual technology.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently through superior time management and organizational skills.
- Previous banquet or hospitality experience is advantageous; familiarity with restaurant or hotel operations can be beneficial for coordinating catering and guest services.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
