Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards in literacy education, math, science, social studies, language arts and Bible.
- Utilize innovative learning technologies to enhance student engagement and understanding.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management strategies and classroom management techniques.
- Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, including standardized testing preparations.
- Incorporate early intervention strategies to support students' social-emotional growth and academic success.
- Facilitate extracurricular activities like library visits and field trips to enrich the overall learning experience.
- Maintain detailed records of student performance, attendance, and behavioral incidents in accordance with education administration policies.
Experience
- Preferred classroom experience working with elementary-aged children, particularly in grades 4–6.
- Demonstrated ability in lesson planning and literacy education.
- Experience working with students with diverse needs, including special education or early intervention programs.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with parents, colleagues, and school administrators.
- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and assessment tools used in elementary education settings.
- Prior private school experience is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and classroom management best practices.

Bachelors degree is required. Posted pay is the minimum. Experience and degree will help determine final offer.
