The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day maintenance operations of the community while providing exceptional customer service to residents and team members.

Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner

Perform apartment make-readies and unit turns

Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general maintenance issues

Assist with pool maintenance and upkeep

Work closely with the Lead Maintenance Technician on assigned projects and preventative maintenance

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning community
-
Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency maintenance requests

Properly use and maintain personal tools and company equipment
-
Follow all company safety procedures and policies

Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and coworkers
Qualifications of the Maintenance Technician:

Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience in the multifamily industry REQUIRED

Valid HVAC Certification or HVAC License REQUIRED

Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, pools, and general maintenance

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

Personal set of basic hand tools

Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

Willingness to participate in an on-call schedule

Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
