Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously during overnight hours
- Manage guest accounts, process payments, and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately
- Monitor hotel security systems, conduct safety inspections, and ensure the safety of guests and staff throughout the night
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, or complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit records to ensure operational accuracy and compliance
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to address guest needs or relay messages to appropriate departments
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues or special requests
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred
- Strong background in front desk duties, guest services, or night audit functions within a resort or hotel environment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse guests effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is desirable
- Knowledge of hotel security protocols and emergency response procedures is a plus
