Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible licensure as an SLP in Virginia
- SLP-CCC preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Experience or strong interest in working in school settings (K-12)
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
- Flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a positive, student-centered approach
Duties include:
- Conducting assessments, developing, and implementing IEPs for students with speech/language needs
- Delivering direct therapy services and tracking student progress
- Providing consultation and support to teachers and families
- Maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating for student success
- Contributing to a positive and inclusive school environment
