Cleaver Insurance Agency is seeking a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Producer to join our growing, locally owned agency in Bartonville.
If you enjoy helping clients make informed insurance decisions, building long-term relationships, and growing your book of business, we'd like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Quote and sell Home, Auto, Life, Business, and Umbrella insurance
- Follow up with agency-provided leads and referrals
- Conduct coverage reviews and identify additional protection needs
- Build long-term client relationships
- Deliver responsive, professional customer service
- Maintain accurate client activity within our agency CRM
Qualifications
- Active Texas Property & Casualty License required
- Texas Life License is a plus
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and professional
- Comfortable using modern technology and agency systems
