Talent Acquisition Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to support our company's continued growth. You'll manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates through onboarding while partnering with hiring managers to ensure a positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Do
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring decisions, and extending offers.
- Develop recruiting strategies that align with hiring needs and long-term business objectives.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative recruiting methods.
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain relationships with external recruiting partners, universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and talent management platforms to manage candidate pipelines and ensure an efficient hiring process.
- Ensure recruiting practices comply with all applicable employment laws and company policies.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, background checks, offer letters, and onboarding activities.
- Support new hire orientation and help create a smooth transition into the organization.
- Conduct market research and proactive outreach to identify candidates for specialized or hard-to-fill positions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, executive search, or a related HR function in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple positions.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Experience using HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft, along with applicant tracking systems including iCIMS, Lever, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance related to recruiting and hiring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and hiring leaders at all levels.
- Experience leveraging social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels to attract talent.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Kronos, UltiPro, or comparable systems is a plus.
- Strong research, sourcing, and talent pipeline development skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and solution-oriented with excellent attention to detail.
