Employment Type: Full-Time 50-55 hours/week

What You’ll Do:
- Support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
- Help lead, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders
- Assist in driving and maintaining a strong, positive store culture
- Create an environment where employees feel motivated, appreciated, and engaged
- Build relationships with customers and team members
- Help maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and operational tasks
- Step into leadership roles during shifts and help solve challenges as they arise
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training efforts
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience
- Must enjoy working with both customers and employees
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to help drive store culture and motivate a team
- Customer-first mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
