Manufacturing Parts Prep
- Location: Phoenix, AZ
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Pay Range: $18 – $24/hr (depending on experience)
- Benefits: Health & Dental Insurance, PTO, PST
Position Summary
The Manufacturing Parts Prepper will be working in our manufacturing area on flat sheet metal and steel tubing products that we're forming from raw materials to finished products. You'll be instrumental on getting these products ready for the next stage in the production process. The ideal candidate is coachable, enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, has an eye for details, and can maintain productivity while ensuring accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle raw materials and perform parts prep for finishing and assembly
- Ensure accurate and high-quality production with attention to detail
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and areas
- Perform inspections and basic quality control
- Different machine operation capabilities and competency – Laser Tube Cutter, Tube bending, parts bending, etc.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Manufacturing, machining, or fabrication
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Forklift or shop equipment experience a plus

- Full-time position with competitive pay based on experience.
