We are seeking a strong, dependable Lead Line Cook to oversee daily kitchen execution and uphold our standards of quality and efficiency. This role leads by example and ensures every dish leaving the kitchen meets our expectations.
Responsibilities
- Cook and execute menu items with consistency, speed, and precision
- Maintain proper presentation and quality control on every plate
- Stock, prep, organize, and clean all stations before, during, and after service
- Lead and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Assist with inventory control and minimizing waste
Qualifications
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen flow
- Leadership ability and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Solid understanding of food safety and organization
