Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment for young children.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for preschool-aged children
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and development
- Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in learning activities
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions among students
- Conduct standardized evaluation and assessments to track student progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experienceImplement the Curriculum
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Strong understanding of child development principles
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques in a classroom setting
- Familiarity with Montessori or other progressive educational approaches is a plus
- Certification in Early Intervention or Childcare is preferred
- Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
