Develops and executes all council activities, supports all district activities, and provides leadership to the council’s camping, activities, training, and advancement committees. Directs the management and operations of the council’s outdoor facilities and provides leadership to the council’s special fund-raising efforts. Includes other responsibilities that result in an increasing number of youth participating in a quality Scouting program. Supervises and guides one or more employees or professionals, accountable for the measurable results of the other employees or professionals.
