Bilingual Interpreters Needed – In-Person Assignments
About the Opportunity
Lango is seeking fluent bilingual Bilingual speakers to join our network of independent contractor interpreters. As a Lango Pro, you will help bridge communication gaps and ensure equitable access to essential services in your community. Assignments may take place in healthcare facilities, schools, legal settings, and social service organizations.

Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and other language.
- U.S. work authorization (I-9 compliant)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to complete background checks and drug screenings as required by assignments
- Willingness to provide vaccination records (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, COVID-19, and Flu) for medical interpreting assignments
- Willingness to accept primarily in-person assignments
Interpreter training or prior experience is preferred but not required. Language proficiency testing is available for candidates without formal credentials.
Independent Contractor Details
- This is a 1099 independent contractor role
- You control your schedule and availability

Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
- Hours: Approximately 10–40 hours per week
- Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Evenings and weekends as needed
- On-call availability
