You will be responsible for delivering high-quality services, including haircuts, color treatments, and various styling techniques, while ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide a range of hair services including cuts, color treatments.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with salon standards and regulations.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
- Educate clients on hair care products and services, promoting retail sales through effective upselling techniques.
- Assist in front desk operations including appointment scheduling and client check-in/out procedure.
- Stay updated on industry trends, color theory, and other relevant skills to enhance service offerings.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetology principles including hair styling, color theory, sanitation practices.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience in mentoring or training others is a plus.
