Job Description:
Benefits Enrollment Specialists are experienced licensed agents who work directly with employees at our existing accounts. Our focus is to grow our existing client base, meet their servicing needs and offer our portfolio of benefit options to all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting meetings with employees at existing accounts to customize benefits and help meet their needs
- Engaging and enrolling employees in plans
- Servicing existing account new hires throughout the year
- Generating new business opportunities through referrals.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must perform well in high-energy, dynamic and team-oriented environments
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Accident, Life and Health insurance license
