Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee our operations and drive business growth at our branch location. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing teams and achieving sales targets. This role is pivotal in ensuring the branch operates efficiently while aligning with the company’s strategic goals. This position oversees the daily store operations including dispatching & logistics. The position is also a primary point of contact for ensuring appropriate inventory is maintained.
Duties
- Monitor and direct all day-to-day store operations
- Lead and supervise branch staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction, handling any complaints or issues arising in the course of business
- Monitor store performance through scheduled and as needed reports
- Financial reporting including overseeing Accounts Receivables & Collections, Expense Reporting, and other necessary invoices and statements associated with store operations
- Responsible for hiring and overseeing all employees at the location including performance management and training opportunities
- Oversee & Maintain schedule for employees; approve all time off requests to ensure store coverage
- Forecast inventory & approve stocking levels of equipment and parts
- Review & oversee equipment maintenance and ongoing equipment service based on needs
- Provide relevant Customer Service training and support to employees
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional development.
- Responsible for store maintenance, upkeep, and cleanliness
- Dispatch Deliveries, Pick Ups, and Customer Training for rented equipment
- Review & Update Contracts and ensure accuracy in POR
- Supports and enforces government safety requirement and other regulations
- Adheres to and enforces all company policies, procedures, rules and regulations in written or verbal form
Experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role, skills in delegating, follow up, goal setting, planning, leadership building, multi-tasking, and teamwork
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sales and customer relation skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize efficiently
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Computer proficient
- Ability to train and direct subordinates
- Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain a high degree of patience and offer constructive criticism when necessary
- Familiar with various equipment types & equipment inspections
- Experience in strategic planning and executing initiatives that drive profitability.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
