Provides daily care and support to residents while promoting their dignity, comfort, and overall well-being.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
Provide companionship and emotional support
Monitor residents and report changes to the care team
Assist with meals, laundry, and light housekeeping
Respond to call bells and resident requests
Help residents get to meals, activities, and appointments
Document care and communicate with team members
High school diploma or GED required
Must be at least 18 years old
Prior caregiving experience preferred, but not required
Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
