Local Team Collaboration:

Join our close-knit team of 19 physicians at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

We collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless care transitions and actively participate in community health initiatives.
Qualifications:
-
Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine.

New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply.

Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Demonstrates strong communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively with PCPs, specialists, patients, and families to ensure coordinated care and high patient satisfaction.

Is business-minded, with an interest in learning and understanding the operational and financial aspects of a private practice hospitalist model.

Has excellent documentation skills.

Are flexible, open to feedback, and willing to embrace our approach to patient care and practice operations.
Scheduling:
-
Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.

Work primarily day shifts, with approximately 2–3 night shifts per month.
Key Responsibilities:

Procedures are not required.

Our hospitalist team is trained in basic life support and advanced cardiovascular life support, participating in rapid response and code teams.

We use EPIC and have access to Sound’s informatics platform.

Rewards and Compensation:

Expected annual 1099 compensation for the first year is $220k-$240k.
