In this role, Spurwink clinicians provide individual and family therapy in a school setting. Home and community-based sessions are also offered as needed. This position is year-round and is located at Oak Hill Middle School, which serves grades 5-8 in RSU4 (Sabattus, Wales, Litchfield).
Spurwink prioritizes quality supervision for clinicians, using a blend of individual and group formats to meet the licensing requirements and professional development needs. Access to training of evidence-based treatment modalities is part of the Spurwink experience. A generous allowance is provided for therapy supplies, external trainings, and license reimbursement.
DUTIES:

Conduct psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and providing individual and family therapy.

Provide updates on treatment progress for managed care entries, clinical documentation, and electronic record keeping.

Interdisciplinary collaboration and strong networking skills are essential.
QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling, and a current Maine Licensure (LMSW-cc, LCSW, LCPC-c, or LCPC). Fully licensed strongly preferred. All applicants must maintain a current driver's license and a clean driving record as outlined in Spurwink's Driving policy.
