Description: Will contribute individually or as part of a small team on system architecture and hardware or software design engineering tasks. Technical expertise in the following, though not necessarily all the following areas: microprocessor systems, digital signal processing, analog and digital filters, digital circuit design, analog circuit design, video systems, data compression and coding, real-time systems, embedded control software, and C/C++. Whether specializing in hardware or software, the Engineer will be familiar with the requirements and issues and also be comfortable performing basic tasks in the complementary field. Will be able to work efficiently on multiple design assignments simultaneously.
Requirements: BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science and a minimum 5-10 years experience in software engineering and/or electronic circuit design engineering, microprocessor system design, embedded real-time systems, signal processing, or other experience in the areas mentioned above. Demonstrated history of success on multiple design projects with evidence of strong technical leadership.
