Spa Coordinator – The Skin Sage Spa
The Skin Sage Spa is a holistic skincare spa dedicated to creating results-driven treatments in a warm, welcoming, and relaxing environment. We believe every client should feel cared for from the moment they contact us until long after they leave their appointment.
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Spa Coordinator who shares that same passion for exceptional client care.
This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys supporting different aspects of a growing spa, staying organized, and creating exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls and returning voicemails promptly
- Responding to client inquiries via phone, text, email, and social media
- Managing and balancing appointment schedules
- Providing outstanding customer service before, during, and after appointments
- Following up with clients and responding to online reviews
- Assisting with social media content, direct messages, and engagement
- Creating Canva graphics and templates (experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to teach!)
- Folding laundry, restocking supplies, and tracking inventory during downtime
- Performing light cleaning to help maintain a beautiful spa environment
- Occasionally picking up supplies or running business errands while on the clock
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the spa wherever needed
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative without constant direction
- Comfortable using computers, social media, and learning new software
- A team player who genuinely enjoys helping others
