Konquer Miami is a family-owned boutique fitness studio in Doral built on community, accountability, and helping people become stronger (inside and outside the gym).
We're growing, and we're looking for an ENERGETIC, DEPENDABLE coach who wants to grow with us! This isn't just another part-time coaching position. It's an opportunity to become part of a close-knit team where your impact is seen, appreciated, and valued every day.
You'll lead our evening group fitness classes, motivate members, create an incredible workout experience, and help us continue building a community people genuinely love being a part of.

Duties
- Coach the 5:15 PM & 6:30 PM hour long class (TWICE A WEEK)
- Manage the music and keep the energy high throughout class
- Correct form
- Motivate members
- Capture stories/content for social media
- Write the workout on the whiteboards (workout provided)
- Maintain a clean training enviorment by wiping down equipment used throughtout the class
- Reset stations
- Lock up the gym
- Help grow the Konquer community
Requirements
- Previous experience coaching group fitness classes preferred
- Current Personal Training or Group Fitness Certification preferred but not required
- CPR/AED Certification required (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
- High-energy personality with the confidence to lead a room
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and punctual
- Ability to demonstrate proper exercise technique and provide safe odifications
- Comftortable using Instagram to capture and post wokrout stories
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a willingness to grow with Konquer Miami.
