Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Licensed Insurance Agent
EBS Insurance LLC DBA Sebanda Insurance is a growing, family-owned independent insurance agency serving individuals and businesses throughout Florida. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, personalized insurance solutions, and building long-term relationships with our clients.
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, certificates of insurance, billing questions, and coverage requests
- Process renewals, applications, and policy servicing transactions
- Communicate with insurance carriers to obtain information, process requests, and resolve issues
- Follow up with clients regarding renewals, cancellations, audits, and outstanding items
- Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of insurance as needed
- Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system
- Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service
- Assist with quoting personal and commercial insurance policies (depending on experience)
- Perform general administrative and office support duties
Qualifications:
- Florida 4-40 Customer Service Representative License or 2-20 General Lines License preferred
- Prior insurance agency experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish)
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Experience with QQ Catalyst, Progressive, etc., or carrier portals is a plus

Pay:
Competitive salary based on experience and licensing.
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Rotating Saturday schedule: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Saturdays are shared between team members, so employees typically work every other Saturday
- In-office position located in Homestead, Florida
