Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Epoxy Floor Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying epoxy coatings, and ensuring flawless finishes on a variety of flooring projects. Your expertise will contribute to transforming spaces with durable, high-quality epoxy floors that meet safety standards and client expectations. Responsibilities
- Must have reliable transportation and a driver's license
- Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing to ensure optimal adhesion of epoxy coatings
- Mix epoxy resins and hardeners accurately according to manufacturer specifications
- Apply epoxy flooring using hand tools and power tools, ensuring even coverage and smooth finishes
- Maintain safety compliance by adhering to building installation safety protocols on construction sites
- Conduct water damage restoration and floor care procedures to extend the lifespan of finished floors
Skills
- Experience in epoxy floor installation and flooring systems including vinyl, hardwood, tile, carpet, and concrete finishing is a plus but not require, we will train.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as caulking guns, scrapers, trowels, and measuring devices; familiarity with power tools for surface preparation and finishing
- Skilled in building material installation including cabinetry, fixtures, trim carpentry, and water damage restoration techniques
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately for precise execution of projects
- Construction site experience with a focus on safety compliance and efficient workflow management
- Handyman experience with remodeling, painting, buffing, and floor refinishing tasks to support diverse project needs
- Excellent manual handling skills for lifting heavy materials safely while maintaining productivity
- Must speak English
- Must be able to pass a drug test
