Duties & Responsibilities of the B2B Sales Agent
- Prospect and connect with business customers throughout the Kansas City area to introduce telecommunications solutions
- Conduct in-person sales presentations focused on wireless services, internet packages, and connectivity features
- Learn how to identify operational challenges and recommend solutions that align with customer needs
- Maintain consistent communication with customers during the sales and onboarding process
- Generate new business opportunities through territory outreach, networking, and lead generation efforts
- Build rapport with customers while maintaining a professional and solution-oriented approach
- Collaborate with other B2B Sales Agent team members to improve territory performance and outreach strategy
- Attend daily B2B Sales Agent meetings and training sessions focused on leadership, negotiation, and business sales development
