Shift:-
Monday - Friday 6:30AM - 2:30PM
We are seeking dependable Warehouse Workers to join our team in Naperville, IL. This position is responsible for accurately pulling and staging customer orders, loading finished products onto trucks, operating warehouse equipment safely, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Accurately pull and stage orders for customers.

Efficiently and safely load trucks with finished product.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and other equipment necessary to perform job duties. Training provided onsite.

Operate all powered industrial vehicles and equipment in a safe manner.

Clearly communicate with customers, coworkers, and management.

Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.

Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE); PPE is provided by the company.

Participate in the company's annual physical inventory.

Perform periodic facility maintenance and housekeeping duties, including:

Cleaning parking lots and loading docks.

Keeping warehouse floors and work areas free of debris.
-
Maintaining the area surrounding the facility.

Assisting with daily warehouse closing procedures.

Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Approximately 1 year of related warehouse experience or experience in a similar HVAC industry preferred.

Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Previous forklift experience or certification is a plus, but not required.

Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.

Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.

Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately pull and stage orders.

Dependable and punctual with a strong attendance record.
-
PPE provided by the company.
