About Us
At Elders' Helpers, we help older adults live safely and independently at home with compassionate, personalized care. We are a trusted, locally owned agency based in Grand Rapids. We welcome all caregivers, but we especially need skilled team members, CNAs, HHAs, and bilingual caregivers (Spanish and other languages) to serve our diverse community.
Pay & Rewards
- $17.25 an hour - starting pay
- $17.75 an hour - after completion of initial training
- Ongoing raises for caregivers who stay committed and pick up hours
- Extra cash through our CareCrown Rewards Program (bonus pay for performance, completing goals and challenges, and client feedback)
What You’ll Do
- Provide homemaking and personal care
- Assist with meals, errands, and light housekeeping
- Support daily living activities and medication reminders
- Follow care plans and document visit details
What You’ll Need
- A caring, reliable, and professional attitude
- A smartphone for electronic visit verification
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to complete training and background checks
