ABOUT THIS JOB
Success On The Spectrum San Marco is seeking compassionate, playful, high-energy and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing ABA therapy team. If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact in children’s lives and enjoy working as part of a collaborative clinical team, we’d love to hear from you.
ABOUT SUCCESS ON THE SPECTRUM (SOS)
Success On The Spectrum (SOS) is the largest and fastest-growing autism treatment franchise in the U.S., founded by an autism mom and fueled by purpose.
Unlike large, corporate-run ABA companies owned by private equity firms, each SOS clinic is individually owned, allowing us to focus on quality care over profits.
Our play-based ABA model emphasizes Natural Environment Teaching (NET)—yes, that means we even take clients on field trips! We strongly encourage parent involvement, and families can observe therapy live from our parent viewing room.
