Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Installation Specialist and become a vital part of transforming spaces through expert installation and craftsmanship. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a wide range of building materials, fixtures, and systems with precision and professionalism. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
What You'll Do:
- Install interior and exterior signs
- Install dimensional lettering, wall and window graphics, and other signage
- Read drawings and installation specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools
- Operate ladders and aerial lifts
- Load and transport signs, tools, and materials
- Troubleshoot installation issues in the field
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
- Keep job sites clean and organized
What We're Looking For:
- Mid-level sign installation experience or solid carpentry/construction experience
- Strong measuring and layout skills
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to read drawings and follow specifications
- Good mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Comfortable working on ladders and aerial lifts
Relevant Experience:
Experience in any of these areas is a good fit:
- Sign installation
- Finish or general carpentry
- Commercial construction
- Millwork or cabinet installation
- Remodeling
- Fabrication
Previous sign experience is preferred, but we're willing to train an experienced carpenter or tradesperson with the right skills.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
