About the Position:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep to ensure our properties/facilities remain in excellent condition.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems
- Complete work orders and respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and HVAC tasks as needed
- Inspect properties for safety and maintenance issues
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Communicate effectively with management and tenants/residents
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
