Job Overview
We are seeking a junior Estimator to join our concrete construction team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates for concrete construction projects, ensuring accurate and timely completion of proposals. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in concrete construction.
Duties
- Utilize plan swift, and Adobe Acrobat to prepare detailed estimates for projects.
- Collaborate with construction management team to ensure accurate and complete estimates.
- Develop project budgets and schedules.
Requirements
- Background in concrete construction estimating.
- Basic Computer skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft office, Adobe Acrobat
- Plan swift knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge of building plans.
- Communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare accurate reports.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Utilize Math Skills to complete and verify project Estimates

Pay: $62,400.00 - $83,200.00 per year
