Toybox is a 3D printer and creativity platform built for kids, and we're expanding to a platform for all.
We're looking for a senior product designer to own and evolve how Toybox's product experience looks, feels, and functions across every touchpoint. This isn't just an execution role, you'll have a real say in our user flows and product direction, bringing a strong point of view to everything from onboarding to core platform features.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Design growth and retention features for the rapidly expanding Toybox platform

Partner with engineering to design and build new features and user flows with a strong focus on speed and results

Develop deep empathy for our users and create simple, elegant solutions across web and mobile platforms

Incorporate data-driven insights, user feedback, and technical constraints into user-centric designs

Sweat the details while keeping an eye on the big picture
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

5+ years experience leading UX/UI product design work end-to-end

Fluency in best practices for mobile and desktop design, as well as working knowledge of usability principles and techniques

Novel approach to problem solving for a first-of-its-kind product and platform
