Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic, professional, and driven Sales & Account Manager to join our team.
This position combines sales, customer relationship management, and occasional delivery responsibilities. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, building relationships, generating new business, and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls and lead follow-up
- Contact prospective customers and schedule appointments when needed
- Present company products and services professionally
- Close new accounts and maintain customer relationships
- Manage customer accounts and assist with service-related questions
- Accurately document customer information and sales activities
- Use computer systems and software to track leads and customer information
- Deliver water and related products to customers as needed
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction
- Represent Nevada Crystal Premium in a professional manner at all times
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Experience with cold calling and lead generation preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers both in person and over the phone
- Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, data entry)
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to lift and move water bottles and equipment when making deliveries
- Valid driver's license required for delivery responsibilities as needed
- Clean driving record required
- Reliable transportation preferred
