Pay Scale: Starting 57k(Provisional)-62k(Fully Licensed)
Summary: Team Lead (TL) serves as support to the Center Director to ensure the clinical areas functions with high quality and consistency. This position is responsible for clinical oversight of assigned staff and assists Center Director with administrative duties as needed within the center. The position also provides direct clinical services to clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Carries an active caseload and/or perform direct clinical services for minimum of 2 days per week.
Mentors the clinical Substance Abuse staff to increase their clinical effectiveness, productivity and therapeutic skills. In coordination with the Center Director, TL assists with the development, use, analysis, and feedback of clinical performance measurement indicators, processes, audits and assures all paperwork, billing tickets and documentation is completed in a timely manner. Additionally, assists in ensuring strict compliance with all professional standards, Medicaid and Medicare regulations, agency policies and procedures.
Provides in-service training as appropriate, deliver clinical education programs, provide best practices training to staff, also participates in agency-wide training programs/in-services
Participates in the selection, hiring and performance evaluation of clinical staff
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Strong psychosocial, clinical assessment skills.
Requires minimal supervision regarding use of time, able to prioritize work assignments.
Ability to communicate effectively with professionals and clients/families.
Ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Provide clinical supervision to all licensed clinical staff.

Education and/or Experience: Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or relative field, from an accredited college or university with professional licensure. Three to five years of clinical practice experience in substance abuse. Prefer 1 year of supervisory experience. A clinician with an LCAS would be highly desirable.
