Responsibilities
- Prepare sandwiches
- Prepare fresh ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring according to recipe specifications.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling salads, garnishes, and side dishes to ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Support the kitchen team in cooking tasks, including basic food handling and meal assembly under supervision.
- Follow proper knife skills for efficient and safe food preparation.
- Help with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs.
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations to promote a safe dining environment.
