We are looking for someone dependable, professional, and compassionate who is ready to make a real impact every day.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare exam rooms and equipment to ensure smooth, efficient patient flow
- Support providers during patient visits with professionalism and care
- Record vitals, height/weight, and collect urine specimens
- Reconcile medication lists and update pharmacy information
- Maintain accurate, timely patient charts (48-hour prep + 2-day patient calls)
- Manage lab orders and critical results, notifying providers per POD assignments
- Maintain active certifications (CPR, etc.)
- Follow OSHA and clinic safety standards
- Build positive, trusting relationships with patients and teammates
- Travel between clinic locations 2–3 times per week
- Adapt to schedule changes and different clinic environments
- Support extended hours and late clinics when needed
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for all
