Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and repair of our facility's building, grounds, and equipment
Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
Respond to resident and staff requests for maintenance assistance in a timely and courteous manner
Collaborate with our facilities team to plan and implement maintenance projects and repairs
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work performed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior maintenance or facilities experience preferred
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
